WHAT SIZE ARE THE BUTTONS?
The buttons are 3" in size, the same size as the free buttons available in the parks!
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR BUTTONS?
The buttons are professionally printed buttons. Each button is inspected to be sure of 100% quality before ship.
WHAT IF A BUTTON IS OUT OF STOCK?
Each button will be marked as (sold out - restock date) in the title of the button. When a button is sold out a restock date is posted with the sold out notice. Once a button is sold out more buttons are on order and usually available within 10-12 days. Please note the restock date has a margin of error based on button production, shipping speed and can sometimes be faster or require a few extra days. Restock dates are estimated as close as possible.
WHEN DOES MY BUTTON SHIP?
All IN STOCK buttons ship within 24-72 hours. Orders are packed, tracking information is sent via email on the order and the orders are mailed out. If you purchase several buttons and 1 or more buttons is marked as SOLD OUT or marked as a PRE-ORDER, please note the order will not ship until ALL buttons are in stock. See above about stock and preorder times. Button delivery time is about 3-4 business days. Please be aware of ship time when ordering for a birthday or park trip. Please also note that holiday demand and holiday shipping can affect shipping time. Holiday peak times are August-December for Halloween and Christmas.
WHAT ABOUT PRE-ORDER BUTTONS?
Pre-order buttons are marked with a ship date. The production time takes roughly 7 days plus 3-4 days to arrive before shipping out. When ordering a pre-order button please note that if you combine a pre-order button with a button currently in stock, your order will NOT ship until the pre-order button is in stock. You can email anytime about your order to get a status update, responses are within minutes to a few hours. Pre-order stock/ship dates can be subject to change due to production and shipping time (sometimes faster and sometimes requiring additional time).
Buttons may not be exchanged unless there is damage to a button during shipping. Button(s) must be sent back in order to be exchanged and buyer is responsible for shipping costs during exchange process.
Phone cases take 3-4 business days for production and about 3 days to ship. Upon shipment a tracking tracking number will be emailed to the email address on the order. iPhone cases are often sent USPS priority as well as DHL and can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the USPS system. If you don't receive the tracking email, please contact me.

In the event an incorrect phone case size is ordered: please contact me immediately. If you order an incorrect size please note the Phone case must be sent back. Phone returns/exchanges must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your Phone case and include order details. Please note the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchanging/return process.

Back is made of Acrylic composite
Flexible Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) sides
Graphics are UV printed on the back of the case; sides are transparent.
Please do not clean Phone cases with any cleaning products as this may cause damage to the design. Rinse with water and pat dry. Please note Phone cases are fashion cases and not meant to be protective. My Park Flair is not responsible for any personal damage brought to your phone by using one of our cases. By buying a case you agree to these terms.
T-shirts take 3-5 business days for production and about 3-4 days to ship via USPS or DHL. Please be aware of shipping time when ordering for a celebration, gift, park trip etc. Please note high order volume and holiday times can cause delays in production times. For garment information please see the individual product in the shop. It is recommended that all t-shirts be washed on cold, inside out and hung to dry for long lasting garments.

Buttons: Around $3.00 in the USA and varies based on weight of the package. Canada is $9.00 and all other international locations is $12.83.
iPhone cases: Around $3.50 in the USA and based on weight of the package. Canada is $10.00 and all other international locations is $12.00.
Throw Pillows: Around $10.00 in the USA and based on weight of the package. Canada is $12.00 and all other international locations is $17.00.
Throw Pillows (case only): Around $6.00 in the USA and based on weight of the package. Canada is $10.00 and all other international locations is $14.00.
T-Shirts: Around $5.00 in the USA and based on weight of the package. Canada is $8.00 and all other international locations is $10.00.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Upon shipment a tracking number will be emailed to the email address on the order. Packages are sent via USPS priority and other shipping carriers. It can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in a shipping system. If you don't receive an email with the tracking information please contact me. If you don't receive your order after 7 days (rare), please contact me. If your order comes and something isn't correct, please contact me. After shipment most button orders are received within 3 business days and customers love the quick shipping! Please note buttons are shipped separately from iPhone cases, tote bags, apparel etc.
I accept PAYPAL and MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (Visa, Mastercard etc). Upon checkout you will be asked to choose form of payment.
